Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage agent Corrin Dial was recently named to the Coldwell Banker International 30 Under 30, according to a news release.
The list encompasses the top young real estate professionals among Coldwell Banker’s more than 100,000 real estate associates affiliated with 3,000 offices in 41 countries.
Honoring the heritage of founders Colbert Coldwell and Arthur Banker, who started their company at 24 and 28 years old, respectively, the selected individuals "have achieved success in sales, leadership, and philanthropy," the release stated.
“It has been an honor to watch Corrin grow her business and with her outgoing personality, market expertise, and strong work ethic, I am certain that she will continue to achieve great success,” said Denise Kinney, president of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, in the release.
Thanks to multiple moves in the past 10 years, Dial "applies that firsthand knowledge of the relocation process and strives to provide her clients with the highest level of customer service to lead and guide them and ensure a positive experience," the release stated.
Dial said, “I enjoy working directly with people and helping them realize their goals. It is exciting to be a part of someone's transition to a new chapter in their life, whether they are buying, selling, or investing. I always want to exceed their expectations."
Dial is set to be honored for her achievements at the upcoming 2022 Coldwell Banker Generation Blue Experience international conference to be held in Phoenix in October.
