Realtor Paula Vargas recently teamed up with Tidal Realty Partners through eXp Realty in Wilmington.

Vargas, who operates as Paula Vargas Realtor, is a member of the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce Latin American Business Council. She has "a special passion for helping Spanish-speaking clients with their property selling and buying needs," a news release stated.

So far this year, Vargas has made plans to place greater emphasis on supporting those interested in selling and listing luxury properties in the area, especially coastline neighborhoods, the release stated.

Some areas Vargas is currently serving include Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, Southport, Oak Island, Ocean Isle Beach, Hampstead, Holly Ridge, Leland, Hampstead, Rocky Point, Wallace, Burgaw and more.
